Real Seal injection molds sealing devices and mechanical component products in a large assortment of materials. We have developed extensive experience with thermoplastic urethanes, thermoplastic elastomer materials, as well as more rigid plastics such as polyacetal and polycarbonate resins. All our injection units are state of the art, with computer controlled mechanization and consistency, clamp tonnage from 28 to 220 tons, and a shot capacity of some 16 Oz. Real Seal performs compression and transfer molding here in Escondido, geared much the same way as injection molding with a flare for responsiveness and economy. We have developed analogs of our performance oriented materials for specific applications, creating positive results from material performance through meeting delivery requirements. We have extensive equipment available for secondary operations, from cryogenic deflashing to machined trimming, and can provide the processing necessary to conform to most specifications.     > more
