Real Seal performs compression and transfer molding here in Escondido, geared much the same way as injection molding with a flare for responsiveness and economy. We have developed analogs of our performance oriented materials for specific applications, creating positive results from material performance through meeting delivery requirements. We have extensive equipment available for secondary operations, from cryogenic deflashing to machined trimming, and can provide the processing necessary to conform to most specifications.

We produce numerous products in Polyurethane, EPDM, Silicone, Fluorocarbon, NBR, and HNBR, from O- rings to rubber/metal bonded valve sealing systems and other component products. Since we are set up to be more nimble than the larger manufacturers, we also are very adept at creating prototypes for product development. In the spectrum of production of thermosetting rubber products, Real Seal fits nicely in the spectrum between custom job shops and large, full-scale production.
