Real Seal has been manufacturing seal systems and mechanical component products for more than 20years, concentrating on performance oriented materials in smaller to medium quantity requirements. Our operations are unique in the industry, encompassing a balance between injection molded thermoplastics and compression or transfer molded thermosetting rubber materials. This balance sets us apart from the larger domestic suppliers, who are capitalized for very large volune processing, and from the overseas manufacturers, who tend to lack responsive capability and service.

We extend our unique position by utilizing our laboratory for extended analysis requirements. We routinely perform PAP data analysis and reporting, and can generally align with statistical record reporting of this nature. As the market continues to demand a higher level of performance and associated evidence of conformance, Real Seal will remain poised to respond to the challenge.
